Analysis of Expert Problem Solving Behavior using
KREST

Abstract:
The Schedule project aims at developing a support system which will
assist the experts at the planning department of the Belgian Railway
Company (NMBS) with the development of the equipment duty planning. In
order to better understand that task we have analyzed the problem
solving behavior of one of the domain experts. The analysis was done
using the KREST methodology. This report describes the results of
this analysis.
